How does your facial begin?
Every visit starts with a short conversation and a skin analysis. We ask how your skin has been since we last saw you, what has changed in your routine or your life, and whether there is anything you would like us to focus on. For new clients, this becomes a fuller consultation about your goals, your homecare, and your skin history. Then we look closely at your skin and decide together where the 75 minutes will make the biggest difference.

What happens during the 75 minutes?
Every Signature Bespoke Facial draws on the same foundations, but they come together differently each time, in the products and strengths we choose, the time we give each part, and what your skin is asking for that day.
Cleansing and customized exfoliation
A thorough cleanse clears away makeup, sunscreen, and the day, so your skin is ready for exfoliation chosen for what it needs. That might be microdermabrasion, an enzyme peel, a light chemical peel, or a combination, depending on whether your skin needs smoothing, brightening, or a gentler touch.
While the enzyme or peel is working on your face, we treat your arms, hands, and décolleté with microdermabrasion. It is a client favorite and always a welcome surprise, and even this step is planned around your skin, because it happens alongside the exfoliation we chose for you.
Facial massage and European techniques
Our facial massage is rooted in the European techniques at the heart of our work. It is deeply relaxing and feels wonderful, and for many clients it is the moment they finally exhale, but it does much more than relax you. That is why we do it before extractions, active serums, and modalities. Massage boosts circulation and warms and softens the tissue, which helps extractions go more gently and prepares your skin to receive everything that follows. It also helps reduce the look of puffiness and releases the tension we all hold in our faces without noticing.
Extractions, always included and always your choice
Extractions are part of every Signature Bespoke Facial because we believe in them. Clear pores are part of healthy skin, and congestion that is left alone can turn into breakouts, rough texture, and marks that take longer to fade. We work gently and precisely, with your skin rather than against it. If you would rather skip them on a particular day, we simply leave them out. It is always your choice.
Advanced modalities chosen for your skin
This is where the treatment becomes truly yours. Depending on what your skin needs, we may use:
Oxygen to infuse the skin with oxygen and hydration for a plump, rested look
Ultrasound and sonophoresis to help vitamins, peptides, and serums travel deeper than they could on their own
LED light therapy to calm redness, support collagen, or target breakouts
Bioptron light to soothe the skin and support its natural repair
A microcurrent mask, with gentle microcurrent infused through your mask to tone and lift for a more sculpted look
Even how we use light is customized. LED and Bioptron might be part of this step, used over your mask, saved for the end of your facial, or a combination, depending on what serves your skin best that day.
Mask and finishing
Your mask is chosen for what your skin needs most, whether that is hydration, calming, or clarity, and serums, moisturizer, and SPF matched to your skin mean you leave protected and ready for the rest of your day.
Why do we include arm, hand, and décolleté microdermabrasion?
Your hands and décolleté see almost as much sun as your face, and they often show it first, yet they rarely get the same care. That is why microdermabrasion for your arms, hands, and décolleté is part of every Signature Bespoke Facial, at no extra cost. It smooths texture and leaves the skin soft and refreshed, a small touch that makes a real difference.
If you would like to go further, our Hand Renewal and Neck and Décolleté treatments are separate add ons that include a peel and more targeted care for those areas. You can add either one to your facial when you book.
How might your skin look and feel afterward?
Most clients leave with skin that feels soft, hydrated, and calm, and looks clearer and more rested. Depending on what we did that day, you might notice light redness from extractions or exfoliation, which usually settles within a few hours. Over the next few days, your skin can continue to look smoother and more even, and your homecare tends to absorb more easily. If there is anything to avoid for a day or two, like heat or strong actives, we will let you know before you leave. The real transformation, though, happens over time.
How can regular facials change the way your skin ages?
